All stock is made to order, therefore please allow up to 14 days for your garment to be produced before shipping.

SHIPPING RATES FOR ALL ORDERS
Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees and it is customer's responsibility to cover these charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURNS
Customised items are non refundable unless the item is faulty. If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a refund.
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, you may return non-custom items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
If an international return incurs additional customs fees or import duties, these charges will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGES
Cancellations or changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, as production will begin shortly after this period.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
